Privacy

Songwell collects only the information needed to run your school's subscription: the names and email addresses of adult purchasers and staff, billing details, and limited information about how the library is used.

• We don't create student accounts or collect information about students.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We don't store full card numbers.
• We use service providers for hosting, email, and payments, and share only what they need to provide those services.
• The final policy will describe retention periods and how to request access to or deletion of your information.

Terms of use

Songwell is a subscription service for schools. By using it, your school agrees to use it for teaching at your licensed campus, to keep login details private, and not to copy, redistribute, or resell Songwell recordings.

Subscription terms

• Each subscription runs for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The early subscriber price is $700 for the first year per campus. Subscriptions renew at $1,200 per campus per year.
• Card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Invoice, purchase-order, and check subscriptions renew by invoice.
• We send a reminder before each renewal with the service, amount, date, and how to cancel.
• If an automatic payment fails, we retry and notify you, and your access continues during a grace period.
• When a subscription is cancelled or expires, access to the library ends at the end of the paid term.

Our refund policy is being finalized. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us.

Campus license summary

• One license covers current teachers and staff at one physical campus.
• Permitted: classroom teaching and live school activities such as programs, chapel, and assemblies.
• Not permitted: sharing logins or audio outside the licensed campus, or distributing the recordings as standalone files.
• Publicly posted performance or classroom videos: policy being finalized. Please ask before posting.
